1 . Sign in the Client Log Book in the office lobby & Inform the officer about his/her purpose of coming to the office
AGENCY ACTION:
1.1 Give the Log Book to the farmer client & Bring the client to the concerned office (MA/AT)
1.2 If the concern personnel is on field, ask client of his /her available time for the ATs visits/call

2 . Tell what kind of TA/ES he/she needs
