WHERE TO SECURE: Farmer 

Procedures

1 . Sign in the Client Log Book in the office lobby & Inform the officer about his/her purpose of coming to the office

AGENCY ACTION: 

1.1 Give the Log Book to the farmer client & Bring the client to the concerned office (MA/AT)

 1.2  If the concern personnel is on field, ask client of his /her available time for the ATs visits/call

2 . Tell what kind of TA/ES he/she needs

AGENCY ACTION: 

2.1 Discuss/explain/provide what the client needs

PROCESSING TIME: 5-10 minutes

Agricultural Technologist

(OMAS) 

3 . Ask AT to go with her/him to his/her farm (in case his/her problems needs ocular inspection & appropriate recommendation)(other services)

AGENCY ACTION: 

3.1 Inform the MA about the problem and fill up logbook for his/her itinerary, for approval of the MA

3.2 Go with the client and attend to the technical assistance he/she needs.
