2 . Inform the officer about his/her purpose of coming to the office

2.1 Bring the client to the concerned office (MA/AT)
2.2 Check the name of the client in the farmers master list (Updated RSBSA registration), no. of hectares tilled and farm location

3 . Fill-up and Sign Acknowledgement Receipt(AR), Client Satisfaction Form(CSF) and submit to the AT assigned
